1. About the Event

IIMBue 2026 is an alumni networking event organised by the IIM Bangalore Alumni Association (IIMBAA). The event is scheduled for August 1–2, 2026 in Bengaluru. By purchasing a ticket through this platform (book.iimbue.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Ticket Purchase

• All ticket prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• Tickets are issued on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
• Each ticket is valid for the named attendee only and is non-transferable.
• A confirmation email with ticket details will be sent to the registered email address upon successful payment.
• The organisers reserve the right to cancel any ticket at their sole discretion, at any time, without being required to state a reason.

3. Payment

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
• We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and other methods supported by Razorpay.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
• The organisers are not responsible for any payment failures due to issues with your bank or payment provider.

4. Attendee Conduct

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the event. The organisers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, offensive, or in violation of venue policies, without any refund.

5. Right of Admission

IIMBue and the organisers reserve the right of admission to the event. The organisers may, at their sole discretion, cancel or revoke a ticket for any attendee at any time — including before or during the event — without being required to state a reason. In the event of such cancellation, the organisers' liability shall be limited to a refund of the ticket price paid; no further compensation will be due for travel, accommodation, or any other costs incurred.

6. Event Changes & Cancellation

• The organisers reserve the right to change the event schedule, speakers, venue, or other details without prior notice.
• In the unlikely event that IIMBue 2026 is cancelled by the organisers, registered attendees will receive a full refund.
• The organisers shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by attendees due to event changes or cancellation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials associated with IIMBue 2026 are the intellectual property of the organisers. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or use any event materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

8. Photography & Media

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These images and recordings may be used by the organisers for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the event staff.

9. Limitation of Liability

The organisers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the event or use of this platform. Attendance is at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
